The ingredients needed to prepare Palak Ghosht:

  1. Take 1/2 kg of Beef.
  2. Use 3 cups of Water.
  3. Take 1/2 kg of Spinach.
  4. You need 1/2 cup of Oil.

  6. Provide 2-3 of Green Chillies.
  7. Use 2 tsp of Red Chilli Powder.

  1. In a pot add beef and water, cook until it gets tender. (Add water if required).
  2. In another pot add spinach and 3-4 green chilies, simmer for 08-10 minutes, remove the lid and blend it well. Keep it aside..
  3. In a pan heat oil, add onion & ginger garlic paste, saut for 2 minutes..
  4. Add tomatoes & cook for 2 more minutes..
  5. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, roaster crushed cumin, salt, turmeric and 2 green chilies and cook for 1-2 minutes..
  6. Add mutton with broth, cover the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame..
  7. Add spinach mixture, mix it well. Cover the lid and cook it for 5-6 minutes on medium high flame..
  8. Add cream, garam masala, mix it well.Garnish it with green chilies..
