- Get 1 cup of oil.
- Take 1 of big onion.
- Get of Ginger garlic paste.
- Provide 1/2 kg of beef.
- Get 2 of thin sliced tomatoes.
- Take 1 tbsp of dhaniya powder.
- Use 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of haldi powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of salt.
- Take 1/2 kg of Shaljam.
- Provide 1 kg of Palak.
- Provide 1 tsp of Garam masala powder.
- Get 1 tsp of kasuri methi.
- Use 5-6 of green chillies.
Steps to make Shaljam Palak Ghousht:
- At first add 1cup of oil in a pan then add 1 thin sliced onion let it be golden brown then add 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste and 1/2kg of beef and broil it for almost 10 mints.
- Now add thin slices of tomatoes and add 1tbsp dhaniya powder, 1/2tsp red chilli powder 1tsp haldi powder and 1tbsp salt now broil for 2 to 3 mints then simmer for 10 to 15 mints until tomatoes mashed properly....
- Now add cubes of shaljam in it and then let it cook then add Palak (cut it first and then wash it then put it in a net and rince all it's water) in the pan and stir then let it cook until beef and shaljam tenderize properly it will took almost 50 to 60 mints.
- Now add 1tsp Garam masala powder,1tsp kasuri methi and further cook for 10 to 15 mints... Then add chopped green chillies and put if on dum for 5 mints then serve... With rice or chapatti.
